At Broadbeach Surf School we ensure you have a more personal approach to your surfing lesson and the session is focused completely on your skills and comfort level. We cater for beginners to advanced surfers, so if youβve never been on a board before, want to improve your surfing skills or require some local knowledge to get the best out of your surfing at our local beach break we can help you.
We also love to share our intimate knowledge of the ocean, so you can gain valuable ocean safety and awareness.

Surfing Improvement Class
Our Surfing Improvement classes are for those wanting to take their surfing to the next level! These classes are for surfers with some surfing experience, including intermediate and advanced surfers, or for those that have already done our beginner private surfing lessons. These classes are not suitable for people that have never surfed, or kids under the age of 14 years old.

LOCATION
Our pristine sand bottom beach offers a variety of wave types for surfers of all ages and abilities. Broadbeach is blessed with waves all year round, and we are far less crowded than most other beaches on the Gold Coast. The water temperature rarely dips below 20 degrees Celsius, and we regularly see dolphins, and whales during winter and spring.Β
Since we are mobile, we like to park as close as possible to where conditions are bestΒ within our permit area in Broadbeach. Our permit extends from Australia Ave to Wharf Road. We are currently surfing in front of 1/5 Broadbeach Boulevard, Broadbeach. Our van is parked in the beachside free carpark opposite here.
